Yes, it's been a long time since I've submitted a journal, but nothing really important has happened lately. I'm almost done with my first year of college (a few more weeks!!!) and that means I will submit some of my schoolwork. It's not going to be anything especially exciting, but it's different from what I normally submit. Art classes can be stressful, but I feel that they help you learn quickly! I've met some great people that are going through the same thing, so it's okay.

My art classes so far have been foundation courses, but next semester I am going to be in drawing II and ceramics and by the spring I'll be in painting I. At the moment my major is undeclared, but after I submit a portfolio in October I am going to be a studio art major with a concentration in painting! Of course, I plan to get a master's degree so I can teach at a university...But if it turns out I don't want to teach, I'll double major in graphic design or entertainment design. The university I go to isn't strictly an art school, but the art program is a huge part of the university and is apparently well known...

Expect some things to be submitted in the next few weeks!
